The MING 37.08 Starlight is the latest addition to MING’s lineup of unique and captivating timepieces. Following the elemental theme established by last year’s 37.08 Sand, the Starlight features an aventurine stone dial that evokes the serene beauty of a clear night sky, speckled with subtly sparkling stars. Each stone is meticulously selected for its deep blue-black hue and shimmering metallic elements, ensuring every watch is a masterpiece.
The Starlight is a sophisticated interpretation of the 37 series, perfectly suited for formal occasions and everyday wear. Its 38×10.9mm stainless steel case retains the elegant design language of the 37 series, with a narrow bezel and a brushed-polished finish that makes the watch appear larger and slimmer than its dimensions suggest. The anthracite-coated hands, treated with a new Super-LumiNova X1 formulation, glow brilliantly in the dark, ensuring readability and adding to the watch’s celestial theme.
Powering the MING 37.08 Starlight is the hand-winding Sellita SW210.M1 movement, featuring skeletonized rhodium bridges and a dark matte anthracite base. This intricate movement is visually stunning and reliable, embodying MING’s commitment to horological excellence. The watch comes paired with a 20mm second-generation universal bracelet featuring sculpted leaf links and a hidden double butterfly clasp, enhancing the overall brilliance of the piece.
Limited to 300 pieces, the MING 37.08 Starlight is priced at $5,015 and will be available exclusively on MING’s website. Orders open at 1 PM GMT on June 28, 2024, with a 50% deposit required at the time of order and the balance due upon delivery, which is expected to begin in July/August 2024.
