The Mercedes G63 AMG 6×6 is a rare vehicle that manages to top the ridiculous cool factor of high-performance American pickup trucks. It’s a massive, six-wheeled G-Wagon powered by a twin-turbocharged V8 with a mullet cargo bed. When it debuted in 2013, Mercedes-Benz slapped the G63 AMG 6×6 with a half-million-dollar price tag. This week, Bring a Trailer is dropping the hammer on a mint condition 2014 Mercedes G63 AMG 6×6 Brabus, with its final bid guaranteed to be over one million!
This G63 AMG 6×6 was imported to the U.S. under a ‘show or display’ permit. Nevertheless, its seven-figure value is supported by the vehicle’s meticulous maintenance history and the Brabus B63S-700 performance package. This package involves upgrading engine components like larger turbo compressors, exhaust manifolds, and gold heat-reflective material on the air intake. As a result, the G63 AMG 6×6 is now sending 700-hp to its six wheels through a seven-speed automatic transmission. Power output is split among the three axles as 30/40/30. The big German truck sits on six 18-inch Hutchinson wheels wrapped in 37-inch Nitto Ridge Grappler tires. Underneath the G63 6×6, you’ll find Brembo disc brakes, Ohlins gas bypass shocks, and heavy-duty springs.
This is a Mercedes, so naturally, the interior is just as impressive as its performance. Inside the G63 AMG 6×6 is hexagonal-quilted stitched leather upholstery. A Brabus stainless steel kick plate has been added, and music is blared through a Harman Kardon audio system. The digital odometer reads 8k miles, and service history claims this truck has had nearly all its fluids changed in 2021. This 2014 Mercedes G63 AMG 6×6 Brabus is flawless. The online auction is set to end before Christmas, meaning someone out there will have this parked under their tree.
