Maserati Levante

Maserati Levante

Maserati’s take on the hugely successful SUV formula proves that they can make anything look beautiful.

With more and more performance and luxury brands jumping on the SUV bandwagon, we have recently seen Jaguar and Bentley start to offer their take on the SUV formula, while traditional brands like Rolls-Royce have started to consider building their own. The growing SUV segment has become a force to be reckoned with, offering high margins coupled with a seemingly never-ending growth in new consumers; a mouth watering prospective for manufacturers. The latest brand to offer their own take is Maserati, giving us a glimpse to the exterior design of their new SUV, the Maserati Levante.

The design cues that have made all modern Maserati sedans so achingly beautiful are all present here, starting with the imposing grill, three side air vents, and frameless windows. Unlike some other rivals that have failed at maintaining a cohesive brand identity and keeping their cars from looking like bloated whales, Maserati has actually done the impossible by making an SUV that reflects the brand’s heritage and design without ruining their reputation for beautiful cars. Expected to launch in Europe this spring, we can’t wait to see if the Levante drives as beautifully as it looks.
