The first season of Squid Game proved to be a global phenomenon, reaching hundreds of millions of viewers and becoming a massive hit for Netflix. With the third season set to land on the platform soon, a new collectible line from the artist KAWS is here to mark the occasion. Made with the artist’s trademark attention to detail and style, the “KAWS CHUL-SU” Collectible Line draws on the character Chul-su, who first entered the series in season two’s post-credits as a male counterpart to Young-hee. This detailed sculptural work effectively conveys the sinister appearance of the character, from its unsettling and threatening demeanor to the strangely distorted face.

It’s a suitably crafted homage to a character that captures the artist’s approach to creepy and stylized versions of popular characters through art objects. As such, the “KAWS CHUL-SU” Collectible Line continues the theme of Xed-out eyes and oversized limbs that have made the previous releases so highly sought after by art collectors.

In addition to the trademark aesthetic choices inherent in the “KAWS CHUL-SU” Collectible Line, a unique authenticity chip is included, allowing collectors to verify the limited edition. Two versions of the model are also available: a standard full-color version and an alternative release in grayscale monotone.

Each version stands at 15 inches tall, complementing the previous Squid Game collectible by the artist. Launching on June 19th, 2025, the “KAWS CHUL-SU” Collectible Line is highly likely to sell out as quickly as its predecessor, shortly before Squid Game season three hits Netflix.
