Run by “The Nurse” (played by Jodie Foster), Hotel Artemis is a secret, members-only hospital for criminals with some very strict rules, such as: no insulting the staff, no weapons, and no killing the other patients. What happens if you break the rules? Well, the “health care professional” (Dave Bautista) might want to have a word with you.
The criminal duo Waikiki (Sterling K. Brown) and Honolulu (Brian Tyree Henry) take refuge in Hotel Artemis after a bank heist goes wrong, but the Artemis becomes no longer safe for them as an ominous mob boss “The Wolf King” (played by Jeff Goldblum) comes knocking to retrieve a valuable item that the duo has unknowingly stolen from him. How will a small team of criminals fight off a gang with no weapons? Let’s 3D-print some guns first. This action crime thriller with a John Wick vibe opens in theaters on June 8, 2018.
