Since 2015, this partnership has been focused on developing Brewed Protein™ fiber, a groundbreaking material made from plant-based ingredients using fermentation. 

This innovative fiber replaces traditional animal-derived, plant-based, and synthetic materials, offering a sustainable alternative for the apparel industry. The 2023 collection, with its “Utopian Uniform” theme, envisions a world where humanity and nature coexist harmoniously, a message deeply embedded in each piece.

The Goldwin Spiber Collection includes two standout garments: the Wool x Brewed Protein Wholegarment Cardigan and the Wool x Brewed Protein Wholegarment Crew Neck. Both pieces are crafted using WHOLEGARMENT® technology, a seamless knitting technique that minimizes material waste and ensures a comfortable, skin-friendly fit. The 15-gauge jersey knit fabric balances thickness and smooth texture, making these pieces versatile for various temperatures.
