Globe-Trotter designed the XL Trunk for travelers who like to stay awhile. It is the most spacious trunk in Globe-Trotter’s collection, holding about 117 liters of clothing, toiletries, footwear, cameras, and other travel items. The Globe-Trotter XL Trunk provides a classic look but is for modern travelers. Founded in 1897, Globe-Trotter grew in the Golden Age of travel. All the company’s products display the shape and style of luggage popular in the early 1900s. They also embody Globe-Trotter’s iconic attention to detail and innovation, resulting in some of the most durable and lightweight luggage available.
The Globe-Trotter XL Trunk is a high-capacity piece of luggage reminiscent of the trunks travelers carried on trains and steamer ships. This recently released model features necessary modern amenities, including four wheels and a telescopic trolley system. This extra-large trunk holds everything a traveler needs for more than two weeks of travel while remaining ultra-lightweight to suit modern airline restrictions. It is available in two models — Centenary and Safari, including several color schemes ranging from black to ivory.
