For its latest custom motorcycle build, Earle Motors had a very specific goal in mind. The Earle Alaskan ADV Custom Bike was specifically designed for a highly memorable, unsupported trek through the back roads and wilderness trails of Alaska with a “select group of similarly crazed knuckleheads.”
This unique adventure required an exceptionally sturdy bike. So Earle Motors began with a 2018 Ducati Desert Sled with crash bars, a strengthened frame, a longer swing arm, a lower fender, a Kevlar skid plate, and full trailer suspension. Other features of the Alaskan ADV include a trim hand-formed seat, a powerful lighting system, and a heavy-duty luggage carrier. To maximize travel capabilities away from civilization, the bike houses a 6-gallon hand-formed gas tank as well as 2 gallons of auxiliary gas storage in the tail. The Alaskan ADV comes standard with a 21-inch front and 18-inch rear wheel package.
