Bodega x Clarks Patchwork Wallabee

One of Clarks’ many styles became especially popular with a number of artists who were at the core of assimilating Carribean music into the mainstream. Reggae and ska performers took to the shoe style thanks to a versatile fit that was part sneaker and part boot. Bodega wanted to take those shoes to the next level by working with Clarks to use a similar style that gives a nod to the rich culture of those performers, many of whom hailed from Jamaica and other islands in the Caribbean. Paying homage to their place in the brand’s history culminated in the Bodega x Clarks Patchwork Wallabee.
The style features different materials patched together in the same shoe, including various versions of leather, suede, and nubuck. That eclectic design gives each pair the charm of a patchwork jacket while being far from haphazard. Each of the patches is diligently assembled, offering slightly different colors that are surprisingly complementary. These limited edition shoes are available in 1 of 2 unique colorways.
