Bell & Ross has revealed its new elegant BR 05 Chrono White Hawk, a watch that maintains the same 42mm satin-finished steel case as the original BR 05 chronograph launched last year. It is powered by the BR-CAL.301 automatic movement and the lines of the White Hawk’s 42-mm case combine round and square, the basic geometric shapes which form the identity of the Bell & Ross brand. In describing the name of this new timepiece, B&R’s website states, “Through its evocative name WHITE HAWK, this new timepiece is an apology of the aviation industry.”
This new edition of the BR 05 Chrono introduces lighter and fresher colors with a matte, silvery-white opaline dial. It retains the same sub-counters with a design that recalls that of the case. The applied hour markers, the hands, and the counters are all done in silver with light touches of red, giving a pop of color to the chronograph hands. The case is 100 meters water-resistant, features sapphire crystals on both sides, and shows well-integrated chronograph pushers. The caseback is decorated with a stunning silver metalized White Hawk logo. The BR 05 Chrono White Hawk, limited to only 250 pieces, is finished with either an integrated stainless steel bracelet with brushed and polished links, closed by a triple folding clasp, or on a textured black rubber strap closed by a classic folding buckle. It will be available in mid-December.
