From 1949 to 1964, the Coppa Intereuropa races were held, functioning mostly as a support race for the Italian Grand Prix. Some of the biggest names in racing took part in this race, including Alfa Romeo, Maserati, and Ferrari. The cars designed for the race were not all-out race cars but instead designed to perform both on the track and out in public. The Autodromo Intereuropa is a timepiece designed after those worn by drivers who took part in the Coppa Intereuropa.
The watch features a Saffiano leather rally strap, which was a style originally crafted by Prada as it was used on Prada luggage to reduce scratching. The watch uses a Swiss Made ETA 7001 manual-wind movement and features a 39mm stainless steel case. It’s also water-resistant up to 50 meters. The purchase of the watch comes with a collectible poster with shipments beginning in mid-November.
