A Ma Maniére and Air Jordan have partnered once again to collaborate on the new Air Jordan 12 collection. The A Ma Maniére X Air Jordan XII shoes will be released on February 24th, featuring two colorways — one that boasts a “Black/Burgundy” palette with a premium suede upper. The other is a “White/Burgundy” with premium leather uppers. Both provide quilted liners, AMM branding on the tongues, heels, and metallic eyelets. In addition to the kicks, there will also be a co-branded MJ-print jacquard down-filled puffer, nylon Shirt and Pant set, a suede knit Tracksuit set, monogram jacquard hoodies, and tees.
This latest release is said to be a heartfelt love letter to Black women’s beauty and power. In honor of this release, the Whitaker Group (the company at the helm of A Ma Maniére released She’s the Blueprint, a short film outlining its inspiration and gratitude for the women’s efforts to drive social consciousness and style forward. A Ma Maniére has announced a local in-store raffle for A Ma Maniére x Air Jordan XIIs will take place from February 16 through February 19 at local stores, limited to one per person. Winners will receive notifications between February 19 – 22.
