The 2021 Cadillac Escalade SUV is a complete redesign of one of the company’s most legendary vehicles. The reimagined Escalade shows the world what it really means to ride with luxury and prestige. The upright grille is flanked by Cadillac’s hallmark vertical LED running lights and horizontal headlights. Deep layers of detailed etching mark the SUV’s taillights while massive 22-inch alloy wheels giving it a solid stance.
Slide behind the leather-wrapped steering wheel and you’ll find yourself staring at an industry-first — a curved OLED display that stretches out for more than 38 inches. The screen exudes a brilliant resolution with more pixel density than a 4K TV. That display serves as the hub of an intuitively interactive driver information center, digital instrument cluster, and entertainment system. An available navigation system uses augmented reality to display a live video feed with directions embedded on top of it…but that’s just the start of the technical upgrades to this edition of the Escalade. Unlike any of its predecessors, the 2021 version is equipped with Cadillac Super Cruise. This proprietary technology enables the SUV to offer a truly hands-free driving experience that can even change lanes. Wood trim, premium leather, and a 19-speaker AKG audio system are just a few of the other luxurious elements of the interior.
Once the 2021 Cadillac Escalade SUV is completely rolled out, Luxury, Premium Luxury, Sport, Premium Luxury Platinum, and Sport Platinum editions will all be available. The foundational model solves the issue of fuel economy by using a 6.2-liter V8 with Dynamic Fuel Management with the option to select a Duramax 3.0-liter diesel engine instead.
