With global demand for premium SUVs seeming to grow at an insatiable pace, Audi introduces another SUV to supplement their already robust crossover lineup with the Q8. The new 2019 Audi Q8 will challenge style conscious SUVs like the Range Rover Sport, BMW X6, and Mercedes-Benz GLE, infusing practicality and style.
The design stays faithful to the recent concepts Q8 and Q8 Sport from Audi, retaining its gently sloping roofline and a dramatically raked C-pillar. The overall shape is a much more sporty and attractive design compared to other Audi crossovers like the Q7.
Interior is typical Audi — luxurious and high tech, with overall design cues taken from the new A8 and A6. The center stack is dominated by two screens, one for infotainment and one for climate control, while the Virtual Cockpit digital instrument cluster keeps all relevant information right in front of the driver.
At launch, the Audi Q8 will be available with a 3.0-liter gasoline and two diesel engines, but we’re certain that Audi will quickly add more poptent variants to make the most out of the Q8’s sporting design.
