Ever wanted to park a classic reconditioned, redesigned and rebuilt Porsche 356 in your garage? Well of course you have, but it’s not looking good, buddy. You’ve got bills and rent to pay, school loans to deal with and a significant other who needs at least occasional significant othering. The Porsche can wait for your dreams.
Or…
You can at least consider the limited edition Vintage Electric Outlaw Tracker. Here’s why this particular electric bike isn’t totally off the subject. The Outlaw Tracker is the love child of Vintage Electric and Rod Emory’s Emory Motorsport.
Emory, in case you didn’t know (and you should), is the undisputed genius behind the Porsche 356 Outlaws. He’s put out some of the sweetest rides in America. And now he’s taken on the respected Electric Tracker, and reconfigured it along the lines of his favorite ride.
Eye-popping features of this pedal-assisted electric bike include the Outlaw-inspired bucket lights and mesh grill and the breathtaking Carrera Silver paint job. The motor yields two speeds: up to 20mph in street mode and an ass-kicking 35 miles an hour in race mode. The battery has a 35 mile range and fully recharges in just two hours.
Interested? Act fast. Only 50 units of this very limited edition electric bike will be sold. At about seven thousand bucks or so, the Outlaw Tracker is actually a fairly affordable way of getting your hands on a vintage Porsche 356 Outlaw.
