Filson x Ten Thousand debuted its second collection with the Tactical Short, the Midweight Tech Hoodie, and the Versatile Shirt. This collaboration between Seattle-based Filson and the Ten Thousand is available in a Dark Timber color and finished with the signature co-branding logo. Filson is known for equipping people who are headed into some of the most brutal conditions, and its staff has 125 years of experience in the field.
With every iteration, the team is known for addressing the pain points of its customers and, of course, ensuring consistent quality throughout its products. Ten Thousand has the same approach, one that drives improvements for men who want to test their endurance. With a tagline of ‘Better Than Yesterday’, this collection stands to augment the first.
The Tactical Short comes with a 7” inseam and is made from ultralight ripstop shell fabric and an exceptionally tough waistband. Developed with help from the US Special Operations Forces, the shorts are designed to stand up to the toughest training sessions. The Versatile Shirt features a permanent silver ion anti-odor treatment as well as anti-chafe seams and sweat-wicking fabric. It’s been tested on more than 20,000 anti-abrasion runs. Finally, the Midweight Tech Hoodie is made from 4-way stretch fabric with a secure-carry pocket system, and moisture-wicking technology. As you might expect from the two brands, every square inch was carefully engineered to provide comfort, mobility, and security.
