When a man wears a watch it says he wants to keep track of time. When a man wears the Scov Andersen x Frederique Constant 1988 Flyback Chronograph Blue Edition, it says he is timeless. The 1988 Flyback Chronograph Blue Edition is a work of art, conceived and honed from a collaboration between classical watchmaker Frederique Constant and vintage, Danish watchmaker Scov Anderson of About Vintage.
The watch is powered by the FC-760 Manufacture Caliber, from Swiss watchmaker, Frederique Constant. On the exterior, this chronograph is a study in precision and style. The dial itself is a polished blue hue, with a depth brought out by natural light. The stainless steel 42mm case and housing are water-resistant against rain and showers, tested to withstand a water column of 50 meters or water pressure of five bars. The peripheral tachymeter runs in perfect symmetry on a 32-jewel movement, with an 88-hour power reserve, measured with rose gold hands. The watch comes with three straps in croc grain, available in dark blue, black, and brown, in a width of 21 mm. Housed in a beautiful heavy wooden box with a drawer, the Scov Andersen x Frederique Constant 1988 Flyback Chronograph Blue Edition is ideal for gift giving for any holiday, or to mark a special occasion.
