Fans of SimCity have longed for a mobile version of the legendary simulation game for a while. Finally the wait is over and EA has released SimCity Buildit for iOS and Android devices. Gamers can now tend to their precious cities on the go. The mobile version of the game does come at a cost as EA seems to be more interested in broadening its consumer base rather than capturing the magic of Maxis’ original city simulation game, making the game feel like a Playboy magazine with no naked ladies. Now more of a casual game than a detailed simulation game that even captured the imagination of architects and urban planners, we’ll have to see how the game is received.
