The Side Project BVC Beer was no easy task to complete. The complex flavor profile and high alcohol content of this hefty stout were accomplished thanks to the help of Doug Dozark of Cycle Brewing. The Side Project/Cycle Brewing partnership harnessed years of expertise from both parties to create a beer that combines 13 different malts and 2 yeast strains. That base went on to be aged for 20 whole months inside of Brandy barrels. Once infused with that unmistakable taste, the stout was finished off with fresh cinnamon and vanilla beans sourced from Madagascar and Indonesia.

At 15% ABV, its rich taste does well to mask the strength of this craft beer. The cinnamon and vanilla envelop your palate with a crisp and refreshing Brandy aftertaste left in their wake. Its sweetness is subtle, making it easy to drink the rich body of a stout that is brewed to perfectly integrate a pleasing array of flavors.
