Pokémon GO Plus Wrist Band

Distracted Pokémon GO players are causing all kinds of weird accidents. Catch Pokémons without reaching for your phone with this peripheral.

Pokémon GO has taken the world by storm, causing strange instances of people finding a dead body, bizarre deaths, and a stampede of people into Central Park. It’s as if the free-to-play augmented reality game has changed the fabric of reality and how people act within it. Distracted Pokémon trainers are experiencing the world around them through their phones, running into things, people, and even cop cars, becoming a danger to not only themselves but to the people around them. However, looks like a new peripheral for the game will enable people to play the game without having to look at their phone’s screen the whole time.

Pokémon GO Plus is a wrist band that interacts with your phone’s Pokémon GO. The design is a hybrid of the Pokéball and a Google Maps pin, and connects to your phone via Bluetooth. The bracelet alerts you of near by PokéStops, Pokémon eggs, and Pokémons to catch by vibrating. If anything, it should allow players from being so distracted on their phones, as you can catch a Pokémon using the Pokémon GO Plus without the need to reach for your phone.
