POHO33 is a modern house located in Vienna, Austria designed by Zoran Bodrozic to maximize the indoor/outdoor lifestyle, with water as its main focal point. The walls of glass that wrap around the ground level living and entertaining spaces blur the boundaries between the outdoor spaces featuring the vast water features and pool, without losing the feeling of intimacy.
Once inside, the ceiling pattern and use of darker tones ground the space. Despite the open layout, the living spaces are portioned off into intimate zones thanks to furnitures that have been placed to create conversation zones. The lower level features an indoor pool and generously-sized garage, while the second level houses the large master suite with a bathtub in the middle of the room.
