The EQ electric charge that started at Mercedes-Benz and spread to AMG has now reached Maybach in the 2024 Mercedes-Maybach EQS 680 SUV. This new luxury electric SUV offers five two-tone color combinations and a host of Maybach signature interior amenities. Stand-out design features on the Mercedes-Maybach EQS 680 include a faux grille with a Benz star ornament on the hood. In addition, air intakes on the lower fascia feature Maybach logos in a pattern like a boutique designer handbag. Plus, the taillights have a unique running light pattern.

The SUV rolls on standard 21-inch wheels, cushy air suspensions, and adaptive dampers that can increase the ride height by up to 1.4 inches. A 22-inch wheel option and a sixth two-tone color option will be available later.

Inside, the 2024 Mercedes-Maybach EQS 680 features a tailored digital gauge cluster, the latest MBUX hyper screen dash, and dual 11.6-inch infotainment screens mounted on the front seatbacks for the rear passengers. A premium Burmester 4D surround sound system, ambient color lighting, massaging function seats, and a Maybach-specific interior fragrance system comes standard, in addition to champagne flutes and reclining rear seats with footrests.

Details on the powertrain are still being finalized. However, we expect to learn more about what makes the 2024 Mercedes-Maybach EQS 680 scoot and the price tag when it debuts later this year.
