Founder of Off-White, music producer, and frequent Kanye West collaborator, Virgil Abloh ranked among Time’s “100 Most Influential People in the World” for 2018. Since taking over as artistic director of Louis Vuitton’s ready-to-wear men’s line, Abloh has reinvigorated the iconic brand with his unique, youthful, and metropolitan flair.
For a case in point, look no further than his redesign of Louis Vuitton’s beloved Keepall Bandouliere 50. Abloh’s decision to fasten a matte orange chain to the exterior of the all-black bag gives it a striking focal point in what Louis Vuitton describes as an “urban twist.” The Louis Vuitton Keepall Bandouliere 50 includes a removable leather shoulder strap and attached handles for carry by hand. The Keepall Bandouliere 50 is composed of taurillon leather with cowhide leather trim and a clip-on leather name tag.
