Disney+ has just released the Exclusive Clip for the upcoming original mini-series ‘Loki’, coming in May 2021. This marks Tom Hiddleston’s return to the Marvel Cinematic Universe as Loki, the God of Mischief, where he will be stepping out of the shadow of his big brother, Thor. The exclusive clip opens with a flashback to the scene in Marvel Studios’ ‘Avengers: Endgame’ where Loki gets his hands on the Tesseract — a cube-shaped containment vessel for the Space Stone which possesses unlimited energy.
We learn that Loki then gets transported to a barren landscape where he is taken prisoner by TVA agent, Mobius M, played by Owen Wilson. It appears that all of Loki’s past will be relived as the agent goes through his memory, which leaves many questions open as to what is next for Loki. What exactly is the TVA? Although it isn’t revealed, we get a preview of the crazy things that Loki will be in for in the Disney+ mini-series, one of Marvel’s most highly anticipated shows.
