The LEGO Group just announced the latest addition to its Super Mario adult product line—LEGO Super Mario The Mighty Bowser consisting of 2,807 pieces. Senior Designer at LEGO Super Mario, Carl Merriam, says The Mighty Bowser is a blast from the past that gives adult Super Mario fans a warm nostalgia. The company says it is the biggest LEGO Super Mario set yet. This detailed recreation of the King of the Koopas features a button to control the head, neck, mouth, arms, legs, and tail movement.
And the Super Mario The Mighty Bowser can even launch a fireball. The Mighty Bowser can be displayed on the included brick-built battle platform, which has 2 towers for him to knock over, a hidden POW Block, and an Action Tag. The Adult line is a two-year collaboration between LEGO and Nintendo, featuring nostalgic Super Mario-themed building kits like the iconic block with levels from the Super Mario 64 game. LEGO says there are limitless ways for fans to expand, customize, and create interactive experiences. Additionally, the Mighty Bowser set comes with step-by-step instructions to build this complex character. The Super Mario The Mighty Bowser goes on sale starting October 1st, at LEGO.com. This interactive collaboration will also be available from select leading retailers globally.
