We love Lamborghinis, as they may be the last car manufacturer on the planet that speaks to the five-year-old in all of us with their outlandish styling and performance. They’ve been known to surprise us from time to time with extremely limited edition vehicles with jaw-dropping styling and prices to match, like the Centenario that was created to celebrate the company founder’s 100th birthday.
Looks like the celebration wasn’t quite over yet, as they have unveiled the Lamborghini Centenario Roadster over the weekend at Pebble Beach. As the name suggests, it’s an open top version of the Centenario that’s even more stunning. It’s motivated by a 770-hp V12, making it the most powerful Lamborghini of all time, reaching 60 in a mind bending 2.9 seconds. Even more exclusive than the coupe, only 20 examples will ever exist, but if you were about to run out the door with your checkbook in hand, the extremely limited €2 million hypercar has unfortunately been all spoken for.
