It’s that time of year winter sport enthusiasts have been looking forward to all year. Jones Snowboard, by professional snowboarder Jeremy Jones, has created the Project X, a board that’s fit for all-mountain carving to freeriding. Designed by Xavier Nidecker, hence the name ‘X’, the board was intended to demonstrate the future of snowboard design by using the best materials paired with a new manufacturing process.
The resulting board is Jones’ lightest and most advanced snowboard with reduced weight on the tip and tail. Despite the lightness, Jones still kept it traditional by maintaining a proper wood core under feet and its playful nature for this limited run snowboard. The board is finished in the same texturing as their Carbon Flagship. Your winter entertainment will be in good hands with this board.
