GoPro has just dropped the new GoPro HERO11 Black cameras in three versions: GoPro HERO11 Black, the HERO11 Black Creator Edition, which are available now, and the HERO11 Black Mini, which will be available starting on October 25th. They all feature a larger sensor for higher resolution, a 10-bit color depth, and increased video stabilization. Plus, GoPro says they provide the widest FOV to date on the HERO camera. But each HERO11 Black camera boasts a particular design for specific uses. First, the GoPro HERO11 Black is versatile and convenient, with GoPro’s signature HERO camera design and durable performance to capture immersive footage. The HERO11 Black is rugged and waterproof up to 33 feet. This is still a great go-to camera for the layperson, particularly the athletes and backpackers that make up much of GoPro’s customer base.
The GoPro HERO11 Black Creator Edition is an all-in-one camera for filmmaking, live streaming, and vlogging. It features a built-in button, making one-handed camera control easy. And GoPro says there are over four hours of 4K recording on a single charge. Additionally, the Creator Edition includes an external mic input, an optional directional microphone, and an HDMI port to connect to external displays. Plus, it boasts a high-output LED light and two cold shoe mounts for accessories. Finally, the HERO11 Black Mini is smaller, lighter, and more streamlined than the GoPro HERO11 Black, with a simple one-button design. Its dual-mounting fingers on the bottom of the rear of the camera give users more options for the perfect low-profile setup. All three HERO11 Black cameras subscription services deliver automatic highlight videos to the user’s phone. The GoPro Subscription enables live streaming and savings on accessories.
