As a child of the Michael Jordan (and the Air Jordan) era, Fronteer founder and creative director Jon Tang was inherently driven to apply his passion for art and design within the field of athletic sneaker production. Over the past several years, he has built Fronteer into a global force in the world of boutique footwear. The new Ranger Hi Combat Boot is the culmination of Fronteer’s efforts to make a product that captures the style and functionality of a combat boot with the look and fit of a sneaker.
Available in both light brown “Wilderness” and dark black “Eclipse” models, these unique limited edition shoes feature a Vibram Mini Ripple vulcanized sole over a soft twill canvas upper. Built for comfort but also built to last, the Ranger Hi Combat Boot incorporates a molded sockliner and micro-fiber suede sock cover as well as a toe cap of triple-layered rubber.
