Performance becomes a work of art in the Fleetwood Sound Co. DeVille. While most speakers are designed using plastics, metals, and basic baseboard, the DeVille is constructed from sustainably harvested solid Pennsylvania ash hardwood. The wood frame has been thermally treated to ensure both stability and tone. There are five color options, each of which are artfully stained in colors ranging from Japanese indigo dye denim blue to antiqued leather and washi paper white. Each colorway is complemented by a subdued natural brown tone on the base and top of the speaker.
You can select from a number of different wood stands to elevate the speakers, with each speaker weighing in at 36 pounds. The DeVille features an 8-inch paper cone high-efficiency neodymium woofer plus a one-inch neodymium compression driver horn-loaded speaker. The speaker is 24 inches tall without the stand which elevates it to a 48-inch height.
