Each year across the world fans celebrate Star Wars Day on May 4th, an international observance focused on celebrating George Lucas’ Star Wars movies. Originally, it was a date celebrated by just the core Star Wars fan-base, but it quickly gained traction around the world as the saga drew in legions of fans. The date was chosen, or course, for the pun on the catchphrase “May the Force be with you” as “May the Fourth be with you.” If you can’t make it to either of the Disney parks to immerse yourself in Galaxy’s Edge, never fear! We’ve put together some Star Wars-themed activities and products for you to help relive the Star Wars saga on this special day.

LEGO Millennium Falcon

What better way to spend Star Wars Day than building LEGO’s detailed Star Wars Millennium Falcon model? This amazing 7,500+ piece LEGO interpretation of Han Solo’s famous Corellian freighter has all the details that Star Wars fans of any age could wish for — intricate exterior detailing, upper and lower quad laser cannons, landing legs, lowering boarding ramp and a 4-minifigure cockpit with detachable canopy. To finish out the most famous starship in the galaxy, the kit includes 4 classic crew minifigures: Han Solo, Chewbacca, Princess Leia, and C-3PO.

R2D2 Popcorn Maker

Perfect for a Star Wars Day viewing party, the R2-D2 Popcorn Maker is the ideal companion to enhance your viewing pleasure! The famous Astromech droid makes hot air-popped popcorn right on your kitchen countertop or in your fan cave. Just add kernels into Artoo and watch through the clear top as he uses hot air to spit a healthy, delicious snack right into his domed head, which conveniently doubles as a serving bowl. So, sit back and relax as you enjoy the original Star Wars Trilogy with Artoo by your side.

Storm Trooper Ice Mold

While you and your guests enjoy the Star Wars Day viewing party, make your drinks really pop with Stormtrooper Ice Molds. These fun, highly detailed ice molds recreate the helmets of the Galactic Empire’s Stormtroopers and are guaranteed to delight superfans. The cylindrical silicone molds create large, sculptural ice cubes for chilling and garnishing cocktails. The Stormtroopers’ iconic helmets melt slowly and evenly, so drinks stay chilled but not watered down. Simply freeze and peel back the flexible silicone to reveal the ice mold inspired by the Empire’s loyal army.

Hot Toys Ahsoka Tano and Grogu

No Star Wars Day celebration would be complete without action figures, particularly Baby Yoda (aka Grogu) and Ahsoka Tano, who uses the force to share thoughts with Grogu during the recent second season of ‘Star Wars: The Mandalorian’ series. This deluxe set includes a base (and accessories) inspired by Ahsoka Tano’s encounter with Grogu. The 1/6th scale Ahsoka Tano & Grogu Collectible Set includes a weathered cloak, a fabric vest with layered collars, a pair of weathered gauntlets with forearm gloves, and a belt with detailed accessories. To complete the look, Ahsoka also comes with one grey patterned sash, a pair of tailored pants with detailed patterning, and another pair of shoes with weathered leg armor. Of course, no Jedi is complete without their ancient weapon. Ahsoka comes with one pair of lightsabers, and a pair of lightsaber blades in motion (attachable to the hilt).

Hasbro Black Series Captain Cardinal Electronic Helmet

Dressing up for a special occasion is important, and May the 4th is no exception. Wearing anything from your favorite Star Wars t-shirt to full-on storm trooper gear is completely acceptable (and encouraged). There is no shortage of Star Wars shirts, hats, badges, masks, and replica lightsabers out there from which to choose. One item that we think would be a sure-fire hit is the Galaxy’s Edge Captain Cardinal Electronic Helmet. The helmet has a bright red finish, with black accents used across the lenses and the trimming across the nose and lower neck for an ultra-realistic look. Fitted with an electronic voice changer, you can wow your friends without breaking out of your Stormtrooper role play.
