Following up on last year’s Spill The Beans, food writer and consultant Lani Kingston has just announced the upcoming release of Designing Coffee. This beautiful hardcover book explores coffee culture around the world. The coffee culture movement brings creative influences to unique roasters, cafes, coffee shops, and merchandise.

Kingston’s book gives us a unique look into some of the most innovative coffee shops around the globe. She investigates everything from branding and packaging to architecture and interior design. Her book also offers inspiration and advice on creating a unique space. Designing Coffee is Kingston’s third book, her first being How To Make Coffee. Kingston holds a master’s degree in education and food studies. She’s also a pastry chef and barista.

Published by gestalten which has explored the world of creative culture with publications, images, online films, and international events.
