The Converse Renew will hit the market on July 5, 2019. Converse situates its Renew line as part of a larger commitment to technological innovation and sustainable practices. The next step in the company’s efforts to promote environmental responsibility will be the August release of Converse’s “Renew Denim,” made using upcycled denim jeans that had been diverted from landfills. Then, in the early spring of 2020, Converse will drop “Renew Cotton,” which mixes recycled cotton with polyester to form a single blended yarn of exceptional quality and style.
