Most of us are familiar with brewing coffee with hot water, but recently cold brew coffee has been gaining popularity for its sweeter and less acidic taste. Brewed over several hours with cold water, cold brew extracts different compounds from the coffee bean, resulting in a completely different flavor. Bruer introduces the Cold Bruer that can brew up to 20 ounces of cold brew coffee. It’s simple glass shape should go well with any environment, assuring that it doesn’t become an eye sore like some other appliances on your kitchen counter. Much like any cold brew coffee, the only downside seems to be the amount of time it takes for the coffee to be ready, nothing a bit of diligence can’t cure.
