What happens when the design language of Formula 1 and the artistry of a 54-year-old Scotch collide? You get the Bowmore x Aston Martin ARC-54—a hyper-rare single malt dressed in a decanter so fluid it looks like it’s been shaped by the wind itself. Following up on the wild success of 2022’s ARC-52, this second and final chapter from the partnership pushes the limits of whisky aging and design innovation.

Distilled in 1968, the ARC-54 is a blend of two exceptionally aged whiskies—61.8% from a second-fill European oak sherry butt and 38.2% from a third-fill American oak hogshead—married for a final 15 months to harmonize like a symphony. The Golden Ratio inspires the blend, and its bottle takes cues from Aston Martin’s Valkyrie hypercar. The result is less bottle and more sculpture, a feat of design meant to mimic the pure movement of whisky itself.
Only 130 bottles of ARC-54 exist, each priced at a staggering $80,000. And yes, it tastes as refined as it looks—expect citrus, floral brightness, salted caramel, spiced ginger, and just a whisper of peat. To further elevate the occasion, poet Sophia Thakur was enlisted to craft a “global anthem” for the release, reflecting the emotion and legacy embedded in every drop.
