The Amalgan Collection has presented an extensive selection of classic sports cars in recent years, replicating these iconic contributions to motoring through exceptionally precise scale models. Covering everything from the Ferrari 288 GTO to the Jaguar E-Type Coupe at 1:18 scale, each model has been hand-built based on the original designs by expert craftsmen. Its latest release, the Amalgam Collection LAMBORGHINI MIURA P400 SV, continues its range of scale models with what is arguably the first supercar ever manufactured. Originally unveiled at the 1963 Turin Motor Show, it’s a car that oozes style, with smooth, ergonomic lines and a real sense of character.
With over 800 hours of development time, the LAMBORGHINI MIURA P400 SV scale model has been produced using the finest available materials to enhance its authenticity. This attention to detail is evident in its replication of the original car’s precisely engineered parts and authentic CNC-machined metal components.
Noted for its unique engine placement, the MIURA P400 SV incorporated twin-choke carburetors and independent front and rear suspensions for an incredible driving experience. The work of Ferruccio Lamborghini’s young technical director and his deputies, Giampaolo Dallara and Giampaolo Stanzini is a visual representation of one of the brand’s most defining moments in history.
As with its previous scale models, the Amalgam Collection LAMBORGHINI MIURA P400 SV has been produced in cooperation with the manufacturer, who provided them with extensive reference material including original finishes and archive imagery. Released as a limited edition, it’s available in Giallo Miura, Arancia Miura, or Verde Miura exterior paint schemes.
