Hipsters and cider fans rejoice! You can now enjoy crisp, smooth, and refreshing home-brewed cider with Alchema, a smart, convenient home cider brewer. It makes brewing craft cider at home as easy as making coffee — all you have to do is add ingredients and the brewer takes care of the rest.
Before you add ingredients, Alchema uses medical grade UV-C LED light to sanitize the container. Once this process is finished, you can add ingredients according to the hundreds of recipes available on Alchema’s app, or create your own. Alchema will measure each ingredient for you as you add them into the container, so you know that you’re getting the perfect cider every time. You can add apples, pineapples, raspberries, or any other ingredient you’d like, add sugar and yeast for the fermentation process, and press the Finish button on the app. The app will continuously monitor the fermentation process and alert you when your hard cider is done, which normally takes about a week or two.
