Henry Singer has collaborated with UNIMATIC to produce the UNIMATIC x HENRY SINGER Modello Quattro ref. U4S-T-HS, a sophisticated timepiece perfect for everyday wear. The Henry Singer Fashion Group was founded in Alberta, Canada by the late Henry Singer in 1938 with $300 in his pocket, selling made-to-measure suits. According to UNIMATIC, the watch “embraces the aesthetic and functionality that references the dynamic nature of Canada’s elements.”
The Modello Quattro ref. The U4S-T-HS features an ultralight 40mm titanium case with a sandblasted finish. Not only that, but it’s 12.4 mm slimmer, with a 2.8mm thick flat sapphire and an anti-reflective coating on the inner side of its lens. Unimatic says it’s the first Modello Quattro to come equipped with Swiss GMT movement. The U4S-T-HS features a matching phantom ladder handset, a reverse lollipop second hand, a silver open second rail, 24-hour markers and dial trims, and a hollow arrow GMT hand.
This exclusive model has a Swiss-made automatic caliber ETA 2893-2 movement, tuned to 28,800bph, which powers the watch and provides a 42h power reserve. The UNIMATIC x HENRY SINGER Modello Quattro ref. U4S-T-HS boasts a storm grey dive-dial with a silver inner 24-hour scale and super-LumiNova® markers in GL light old radium. It comes with a TPU two-piece strap, and Unimatic added a storm grey/panna nylon NATO strap to provide wearers extra versatility.
What’s more, this multi-faceted timepiece offers self-winding or manual winding options. It’s also water resistant to 300 meters. Finally, the collaboration celebrates its partnership by engraving the brands’ names on the caseback, and each piece has a unique serial number. The Unimatic x Henry Singer Ref. U4S-T-HS is a limited edition of 100—available online at Henry Singer.
