Triumph’s Factory Custom badge has reached one of the company’s most balanced modern classics. The Speed Twin 1200 TFC takes the familiar 1,200cc Bonneville twin and surrounds it with lighter materials, higher-spec chassis hardware, and a more committed café-racer riding position. Production is capped at 750 motorcycles worldwide, with 180 allocated to the United States.

The engine produces 105 hp at 7,750 rpm and 83 lb-ft at 4,250 rpm. A titanium Akrapovič exhaust adds a sharper voice, while fully adjustable Öhlins suspension and Brembo brakes upgrade the control surfaces.

Clip-on bars move the rider forward. Carbon-fiber body panels, machined mirrors, and a leather-and-suede seat reduce visual weight, finished in an appropriately rich Obsidian Gold scheme. Wet weight is listed at 472 pounds.

Modern support includes a quickshifter, multiple ride modes, cornering ABS and traction control, plus a compact TFT display. That combination preserves the mechanical appeal without pretending contemporary safety systems do not belong on a 105-hp road bike.
At $21,995, the TFC is a collector-grade step above the standard Speed Twin, with orders are open now and dealership arrivals expected in October 2026.
