When the buggy yet well-made The Witcher was first released in 2007 by Polish developer CD Projekt RED, no one would have imagined the franchise to have come this far. Slated to be released on May 19, The Witcher 3: Wild Hunt is undoubtedly one of the most anticipated RPG games of 2015. In The Witcher 3, you play as professional monster hunter Geralt of Rivia, tasked with finding a child of prophecy which holds the key to saving or destroying the world. It’s said that the game will deliver over 100 hours of total gameplay and will take longer than one hour to travel from one end of the map to the other on horseback so get ready to explore the vast open world rich with merchant cities, pirate islands, dangerous mountain passes and forgotten caverns.
