Have you ever wanted to own an original 1960’s Shelby 427 Cobra? Feel the sensation adrenaline being fuel injected into your veins the second you fire up that big block V8 that’s sitting inches away from your feet. Can’t afford to pay millions of dollars for the real thing? Superformance offers a more affordable solution. Satisfy your need for nostalgic speed without fear of scratching a million dollar piece of history with the Superformance MKIII-R.
Superformance manufactures licensed rolling chassis of the iconic 60’s sports car. For a modest, by comparison, starting price of $79,900 customers can live out their blast from the past fantasies with the help of modern technology. For that price you get a square tube-frame with full leather interior and a fully independent suspension flashing new Bilstein shocks. Each MKIII-R comes with limited slip differentials as standard and four-piston disc brakes in the front, single-piston in the rear. What is not offered is an engine or transmission. That is left up to the customer and their own discretion as to what drive train they want. Shoehorn whatever you want from a Roush 427, Supercharged LS, or maybe a Tesla battery pack. The only limit to the MKIII-R is one’s imagination.
