The ’80s and ’90s are back, and Saturdays NYC and Oakley know what’s hot. The two trend-setting brands recently collaborated to create a clothing and sunglass collection that brings back ’80s and ’90s surf styles.
The collection includes the SNYC X Oakley SS Tee, with an oversized logo symbolizing both brands. It’s a standard 190gsm cotton t-shirt available in two colors. There’s also an ’80s-inspired SYNC X Oakley LS Tee with long sleeves and a vintage-style logo at the center chest. The SNYC X Oakley Hoodie is guaranteed to be a favorite for cool summer nights or for throwing on after a surf session. A 3D silicone-printed logo on the chest and 460gsm 100% cotton brushback fleece are examples of the two companies’ commitment to style and quality.
The new SNYC X Oakley Board Short is also just in time for summer with an old-school, striking look. The drawstring shorts are available in fluorescent yellow and black colorways. The final product in the collection is a mid-1980s-inspired take on Oakley’s famous Hydra sunglasses. The perfect combination of vintage styling and Oakley Prizm Lens Technology, they’re sunglasses that increase contrast while providing sun protection at the beach or the boardwalk.
