Bespoke automotive concept designer OKCU has unveiled its latest creation, taking a Mercedes-Benz V-Class passenger van and giving it a private jet interior. The vehicle is dubbed the Artisan Edition, reflecting the level of detail in crafting the premium interior in this once standard $35k people carrier. OKCU starts this project with the sound system, upgrading the standard stereo with a Bang & Olufsen audio system with Apple Airplay streaming and wireless phone charging for added convenience.

The OKCU Mercedes-Benz V-Class Artisan Edition’s most noticeable upgrade is the business-jet world-class interior featuring “Rolls-Royce quality” leather seats. White plush leather seats with leg-rests and massaging controls are complemented by the dark blue piping and seat belts. The consoles fitted between the seats provide housing for an Apple iPad, an espresso pod coffee machine, and even a wooden cigar holder for that added bit of entitled leisure while traveling. Additional features include a minibar, champagne cooler, and large screen TV. The cherry on top is the audio controller finished in 24-karat rose gold trim, and passengers will get to enjoy a starlight headliner said to be inspired by Rolls-Royce. The only visible clue the outside world will have of this van’s rockstar interior are the OKCU bespoke front and rear bumpers fitted to the V-class van.
