Most premium wireless headphones hide their complexity behind software. The Nothing Headphone (1) Pro goes the other direction, pairing the brand’s exposed industrial design with a three-driver acoustic system and a physical switch that can bypass its consumer tuning for a flatter studio-oriented response.

Each earcup combines dedicated bass, midrange, and treble drivers, including xMEMS technology for high frequencies. Nothing worked with Metropolis Studios on the Flat EQ mode, giving producers and critical listeners a fixed reference setting alongside the customizable sound profiles in the Nothing X app. Ten microphones support adaptive active noise cancellation, while spatial audio remains available for more immersive listening.

The familiar transparent language is now expressed through 9H glass panels, aluminum, and titanium accents rather than plastic alone. Physical controls remain central to the experience, and wired listening is supported through both USB-C and a 3.5mm connection. Battery life reaches up to 68 hours with ANC switched off.

The Headphone (1) Pro is priced at $399 and is available in North America through Nothing and authorized retailers.
It sits above the original Headphone (1) as the company’s flagship over-ear model, with the meaningful changes concentrated where they matter most: driver architecture, noise cancellation, materials, and monitoring control.
