Land Rover introduced a new trim level to the Defender 130 lineup called the Outbound. The Defender 130 is the long wheelbase variant with room for three-row seating, so the Outbound capitalizes on that interior leg room. The 2024 Land Rover Defender 130 Outbound is a full-size SUV with seating for only five people instead of eight, freeing up the back to carry more gear.

You’ll be able to spot the Defender130 Outbound from a standard 130 by looking at the rearmost side windows replaced with color-matching panels instead of glass, in addition to black 20-inch wheels wrapped in Goodyear Wrangler Duratrac All-Terrain rubber. The option to select larger 22-inch wheels with all-season tires is available at no extra cost. Furthermore, the 2024 Land Rover Defender 130 Outbound is limited in color options to Carpathian Grey, Fuji White, Eiger Grey, or Santorini Black.

The Defender 130 Outbound comes standard with a P400 3.0-liter turbocharged inline-gas engine producing 395 horsepower to turn its all-wheel-drive system using an eight-speed automatic transmission. In addition, it features electronic air suspension to navigate off-road terrain with the aid of a twin-speed transfer box and Hill Launch Assist.

Useful features standard to the 130 Outbound include extra storage compartments, latch points, a new cargo net, and rubber floor mats that cover the rear bumper to help prevent scratching the paint when loading your ice chest in the back. The 2024 Land Rover Defender 130 Outbound is available to order now.
