When it comes to the cutting edge of bespoke bikes, J. Laverack’s selection of stunning titanium bikes is a frontrunner for the title, having collaborated with Aston Martin and pioneered innovations in cycling—the new J.Laverack Speedform represents the pinnacle of the brand’s achievements, presenting the world’s most bespoke road bike for serious cyclists with substantial budgets.

Available as a standard frameset or a complete bike, the J.Laverack Speedform offers a unique customization approach, delivering a personalized riding experience with an aerodynamically optimized form. Constructed from CFD-tested titanium for a lightweight but highly resilient build, it incorporates three unique, 3D-printed titanium sections seamlessly sculpted into a streamlined form.

The focus on aerodynamics is evident at first glance, with the J.Laverack Speedform’s sleek curves and dropped seat giving it an elegant form that reflects the manufacturer’s exceptional craftsmanship. Featuring discreet internal cable routing and optimized for slender 30mm tires, it’s upgradable with an addictively manufactured KY1 seatpost featuring an integrated stem.
The J.Laverack Speedform has undergone extensive research and development to achieve these results, using state-of-the-art computational fluid dynamics to assess aerodynamic performance. In-house bike designer David Clow’s contributions take this data and apply it practically, with each 3D-printed frame adjusted to millimeter-level precision to match the customer’s requirements.
Due for distribution in 2026 and with limited build slots, the J.Laverack Speedform is an aerodynamic-focused custom road bike destined to become a hit with dedicated cyclists who demand innovative design and high performance.
