Collective Horology is a high-tech timepiece club based out of California’s Silicon Valley. They are dedicated to the total watch enthusiast that has a stellar collection to be envious of owning. The collective currently produces two collaborative series: The Collective Series, an annual collaboration with its favorite watch brands, and The Portfolio Series, a showcase for independent watchmaking. One of their latest collaborations is with IWC Schaffhausen, the famed watchmaking brand that has created iconic pieces since 1868. Some of the Collective’s previous collaborations include the Zenith El Primero C.01, H. Moser & Cie Pioneer C.02, and the J.N. Shapiro Infinity Series P.01. Since its founding in 2018, watch enthusiasts eagerly await the group’s offerings.
The IWC x Collective Pilot’s Chronograph C.03 is a limited-edition timepiece that is only available to 125 of the collective’s members. This new watch pays homage to the 1990s version that IWC created which celebrated old-school style with modern technology. It is meant to be a go-to daily wear timepiece that is durable and clean-looking. The 41mm case is stainless steel with a black matte finish on the dial and has white-glowing Super-LumiNova hands. It is powered by the IWC-manufactured caliber 69385 and is water-resistant up to 100 meters.
