HOKA is an iconic running shoe brand, known for providing comfort and state-of-the-art technologies. The company recently released what may be its most comfortable shoe yet, the Restore TC.
Unlike most other HOKA shoes, the all-gender Restore TC is not for running. It’s a minimalist, slip-on shoe designed to make recovery days more comfortable and productive. The shoe features a barefoot-friendly upper that fits like a comfortable, breathable knit sock. Engineered stretch areas ensure the shoe remains flexible for all-day wear. An EVA insole adds to the shoe’s plush fit.
The Restore TC is a recovery shoe made to go outside. The EVA toe cap protects against debris, while the EVA outsole offers optimal traction. HOKA designed it with a circular economy and the environment in mind. Minimal materials create the shoe’s simplistic three-part construction.
HOKA designed the Restore TC for sustainability with a 20-percent sugarcane-based outsole and a 30-percent sugarcane-based insole. The exterior jacquard knit has 73 percent dope-dyed polyester, and the inner bootie features 83 percent dope-dyed polyester. The Restore TC is available for $110 on HOKA’s website.
