Gozney, known for producing top-notch consumer pizza ovens, is expanding its range with two new additions that bring the joy of making restaurant-quality pizza to your home – Gozney’s Arc XL + Arc Compact Pizza Ovens. These gas-fired, stone-floor ovens are designed to provide exceptional performance at an affordable price point, catering to pizza enthusiasts who crave the perfect slice without leaving home.
Gozney’s Arc XL + Arc Compact Pizza Ovens may share the distinctive puck shape of the popular Gozney Dome, but they are more compact and portable, weighing just 47 pounds and 58 pounds, respectively. This makes them a practical choice for those who want the flexibility to cook delicious pizza anywhere.
These innovative ovens feature lateral side burners and thick insulation, allowing them to deliver a uniform heat of up to 950ºF / 500ºC across the cooking area. The Arc boasts the ability to fit a 14-inch pizza, an upgrade from the Gozney Roccbox, while the Arc XL offers an even larger interior, accommodating a full 16-inch pizza.
What sets the Gozney Arc XL + Arc Compact Pizza Ovens apart are their practical enhancements. They come equipped with an in-built digital thermometer that monitors the stone base temperature, alerting you when the oven is ready for cooking. Additionally, a precision flame control knob ensures a faster and more efficient pizza-making process, while the side rolling flame widens the front opening for easy pizza rotation, ensuring even cooking with delightful leopard spots.
Both ovens connect to an LPG tank and are compact enough to fit into any outdoor space. Starting from Wednesday, March 6, the Gozney Arc is priced at $699, while the Arc XL is available for $799. With these new additions, Gozney continues to redefine the art of making perfect pizzas in the comfort of your own home.
