EV manufacturer Fisker has made digital headlines by announcing its latest electric limited-production model. This new flagship model aims to be a classic grand touring car for the 21st century that can fit the role of performance, range, and practicality. It’s called the Fisker Rōnin Super GT Convertible.
The car was officially unveiled at Fisker’s Product Vision Day 2023 event alongside other production EVs, the Alaska pickup and Pear. Photos of the Rōnin Super GT Convertible show a curvaceous aluminum body with an abstract 23-inch wheel tucked under high-raising wheel arches.
Specific details of its powertrain have yet to be disclosed. However, Fisker claims the Rōnin Super GT Convertible blazes the road with “over 1,000 horsepower” and features a fully integrated battery pack projecting an estimated 600 miles of range. What makes this different from a typical topless electric sports car is seating for five people.
The ample interior room gives the Rōnin Super GT Convertible a dual personality. When the top’s down, it’s a California cruiser, but when the folding carbon fiber hardtop is up, it converts into an Autobahn missile sports sedan.
Inside, press photos show a 17.1-inch center screen and a digital instrument cluster in front of what appears to be a width-wide aesthetic pattern. One of the photos shows a screen embedded in the square steering wheel.
Only 999 examples of the 2025 Fisker Rōnin Super GT Convertible are available. Reservations are open on the company’s website, requiring a $2,000 deposit for the first pre-order and a fully refundable $1,000 for the second.
